How to Connect and Disconnect Your Zoom Account in Cohere

Connecting your Zoom account to Cohere makes it simple to host sessions directly through Zoom—no extra setup needed. This integration helps you deliver a smooth and professional coaching experience.

⚠️ Note: Zoom integration only works with paid Zoom accounts. If you’re using a free Zoom plan, you can either upgrade or use Cohere’s built-in video service instead.

How to Connect Your Zoom Account

Step 1: From your Business Dashboard, click the downward arrow at the top right corner and select Settings.

Step 2: In Settings, go to the Video tab.

Step 3: At the top of the Video page, click Connect.

Step 4: A pop-up will appear. If you have a paid Zoom account, click Understood, Connect Zoom.

Step 5: Enter your Zoom account credentials on the Zoom sign-in page, then click Sign In.

 

🎉 Your Zoom account is now successfully integrated with Cohere!

💡 To use Zoom for your sessions, be sure to select Zoom during Step 3 (Session Details) when creating a 1:1 service.

How to Disconnect Your Zoom Account

If you no longer want to use Zoom with Cohere:

• Go to the Video tab in your account settings.

• Click Disconnect.

• Your Zoom account will be unlinked immediately.
