How to Enable Built-In Website Contact Form

Every Cohere website now includes a native contact form — no setup or external tools required.
When someone reaches out through your site, you’ll receive an instant email notification, and the contact will be automatically tagged as a website lead.

How the Built-In Contact Form Works
The contact form is automatically included on your Cohere website.
Step 1: Navigate to the Website Section
From your Business Dashboard, go to your Website section.

Step 2: Enable How Clients Contact You
On the right-hand side of the page, find the section that says How Clients Contact You and enable it and choose Contact Form as the option. Save and update the changes.
Your contact form is now live on your website. 
When a visitor visits the coach's website and clicks on the Message button at the top right corner of the page, the form will appear. 
When the visitor submits the form:
- You receive an email notification right away
The contact is added to your Contacts list
The contact is tagged as a website Form for easy follow-up
No manual setup or extra configuration is needed.

Where to Find Website Leads
To view contacts who submitted your website contact form:
Go to your Business Dashboard
Open Contacts
Look for contacts tagged as Website Form
You can also click on the link to be redirected to your contacts: https://app.cohere.live/contacts/all
