How to Integrate Your Calendar in Cohere

Updated 9/5/2026

Integrating your calendar ensures you can:

  • Set your availability

  • Prevent double booking

  • Receive reminders for sessions

  • Send calendar invites directly to clients

Creators can see upcoming sessions in their own calendar and avoid conflicts with connected calendars.

Why is this Important?

  • 1:1 Services: We recommend connecting your calendar so clients get direct invites and you avoid double booking.

  • Group, Membership, Community, or Workshop Services: We don’t recommend connecting a calendar because clients would see each other’s emails.
👉 Don’t worry—clients will still receive automated invites from noreply@cohere.live.

Part 1: Default Calendar (to Send Invites From)

Step 1: From your Business Dashboard, click the arrow in the top right and select Account.

Step 2: Go to the Integrations section and click Add My Calendar.

Part 2: Prevent Double Booking

You can also connect a personal calendar to block off unavailable times and avoid scheduling conflicts.

Step 1: While creating a service (Step 3 of the service setup), click Add My Calendar.

Step 4: Select your calendar (or click Select a different provider if needed).

Step 5: Choose the account to connect.

Step 6: Grant access to Nylas (check the top box).

Step 7: Click Continue. You’ll be redirected to My Account > Integrations, where the connected calendar will appear under Calendar Connections.

To remove it later, click the ❌ (Cross) next to the calendar.

Notes

  • Once you’ve connected a default calendar, you can reuse it in all services by selecting Add My Calendar during service setup.

  • We recommend using calendar integrations only for 1:1 services at this time.

✅ You’re all set! Your calendar is now integrated with Cohere, so you can manage availability, prevent double booking, and send smooth invites to clients.
