A major NEW feature release is now live in your Cohere account. 🎉

Last month, we rolled out a significant stabilization update with dozens of refinements, bug fixes, and performance improvements (summaries are in the PS section). This week’s release builds on that momentum with lots of new features that make it easier to market, sell, and deliver your work with clarity and ease.

Mark your calendars. We will be hosting a Cohere Training call covering this entire update in December, and it will appear automatically inside Cohere Academy for you to join live or watch the replay.

This platform is a conscious co-creation, and so many of these improvements came directly from your feedback.

Here is everything that is now available:

Deposits and Split Installments for 1:1 Packages

You can now collect a deposit to secure a client’s spot and then set up the remaining installments with your preferred amounts and payment schedule.

Multiple 1:1 Packages on a Single Landing Page

Offer multiple tiers or package options on one page. No need to create separate services for each variation. Reminder: Klarna and Affirm are already supported through Stripe for extended payment plans.

Improved Client Scheduling Flow

A clearer and easier guided flow for scheduling sessions from both the calendar and your services.

Updated Availability Setup

Built-In Website Contact Form

Every Cohere website now comes with a native contact form. You receive an email instantly when someone reaches out, and the contact is automatically tagged as a website lead.

Lead Magnet and Newsletter Sections or Pop-Ups

You can now add dedicated lead magnet and newsletter sections to your website or trigger pop-ups when visitors arrive. Choose your existing lead magnets or newsletter opt-ins, customize the tags, and automatically trigger your welcome or nurture sequences.

Profile Image Cropper

Profile photos now include a clean, modern cropping tool.

Up to 20 Services or Lead Magnets on Your Website

Your Work With Me section now supports up to 20 items across your offers.

 

Unlimited Payment Pages per Service

Create as many unique payment pages as you want with different pricing, bonuses, or offers. All clients still enter the same unified backend service experience. Memberships and communities will receive the same support in Q1.

Longer Service Names

APPLE INTELLIGENCE SUPPORT

If you are on a 2021 or newer Mac or iPad, you can now use Apple Intelligence directly inside every text field on Cohere. It can proofread, rewrite, and enhance content using your device’s built-in AI tools. Make sure Apple Intelligence is enabled in System Settings under Apple Intelligence and Siri.

We are preparing to launch the new Cohere Marketplace, a connection-centered place where you can be discovered by clients worldwide. 

Global free listings will provide maximum reach with United States paid listings enabled first. This upcoming release will help expand your impact on a larger scale.
