1:1 Services: Multiple Session Durations with a Single Service

Why is it relevant?: You can now offer multiple session durations within a single 1:1 service, no need to create separate services for different duration times. When creating or editing a service, you can select from a variety of durations (e.g. 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 minutes, and more), then assign custom single session pricing and packages to each.

Please note: This functionality is available for paid services only. For free sessions, a single duration is shown per page, but you can still offer different free options within the same service by using unique links.

This guide will walk you through the steps on how to add Multiple Session Durations with a Single 1:1 Service

Step 1: When creating a 1:1 service, on step 3 (Sessions), click on the Session Durations dropdown and select all the time options you’d like to offer and click Save and Next to proceed to the next step. 

Step 2: On step 4 (Pricing,  you can add set different prices for each selected duration. You can do this for:

• Pay per Session

   

  

   

• Paid Session Package

   

• Monthly Subscription
   

Step 3: After entering the pricing details, click Save & Next to continue.

Once you make the service live, you'll be able to share the paid link with your clients and they can see the session duration they can choose from along with pricing options.
