How to Add Forms or Quizzes to Self-Paced Content

Follow these simple steps to add a form or quiz directly to a self-paced module:

Step 1: Create a Self-Paced Module

While creating a service (in Step 3), create a Self-Paced Module.

Step 2: Choose Your Content Type

Select Quiz or Form, depending on your goal.

Step 3: Decide How to Build It

You have two options:

Start fresh with a new form or quiz by:

1. Adding a title

2. Adding your questions
