How to Create Payment Pages for 1:1 Services

You can now create payment pages for a single service, each with its own pricing, bonuses, or special offers.
No matter which page a client signs up through, everyone enters the same unified service experience on the backend. 🎉

Within a single service, you can create multiple payment pages, each customised with:

• Unique pricing

• Different bonuses or inclusions

• Special offers or promotions

   

How to Create Payment Pages For 1:1 Service

From your Business Dashboard, click on the Create button and create a new 1:1 service or edit an existing 1:1 service and go to step 4 (Pricing)

Payment pages on Cohere let you define how clients book and pay for your services, You can use the following options from the payment page to set up the pricing for 1:1 services. 
 

1- 🆓 Free Opt-in Page

A Free Opt-in Page allows clients to sign up for a service without booking a session or making a payment. This option is useful when you want to offer the client a Free Session or a Free Session Package for the 1:1 service.

🎁 Free Session

The Free Session option allows you to offer a single session at no cost. Clients can book without entering any payment details.

This is ideal for discovery calls, introductory sessions, or promotional offers where you want clients to experience your service before committing.

📦 Free Session Package

With the Free Session Package option, you can offer multiple sessions for free. Simply choose how many sessions are included in the package.

This works well for beta programs, onboarding experiences, or limited-time promotions where clients receive more than one session at no charge.

2-💰 Paid Payment Pages (Sessions & Packages)

Paid pricing options are created by selecting Add Payment Page within the Pricing step. Each payment page can include one or multiple paid offerings.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Paid Per Session

Set a price per individual session. Clients pay only for the session they book, without committing to a package.

📘 Paid session packages

Packages allow you to bundle multiple sessions at a single price. When creating a package, you can:

• Add an optional package name

• Choose the number of sessions included

• Set the total package price

• Apply a discount if the client pays in full

You can add an additional package to the same payment page by clicking on the button Add Session Package, giving clients flexible pricing options to choose from.

💳 Payment Options (Full Payment or Deposit)

Each payment page includes flexible payment options that control how clients pay at booking.

You can allow clients to:

• Pay the full amount upfront, or

• Pay a deposit at the time of booking, then split the remaining balance into installments of your choice. You can select the number of installments, set how often they repeat (after your preferred number of days), and even choose when the installments should begin after the deposit is paid.

You may enable one or both options. Deposit payments are especially helpful for higher-priced services, as they reduce upfront commitment while securing the booking.

🔁 Monthly Subscriptions

For recurring services, you can enable Monthly Subscriptions on a payment page.

Subscriptions allow you to:

• Set a price per month

• Define how many sessions are included each month

• Choose the subscription duration (number of months)

This option is perfect for ongoing coaching, memberships, or long-term client programs.

⚙️ Payment Settings

Payment settings control how payments are processed and how pricing appears to clients.

From Payment Settings, you can:

• Select your currency 🌍

• Choose a payment processor (Cohere Payments or Direct Stripe)

• Decide whether the coach covers the processing fee

• Hide pricing details from the service landing page if needed

These settings ensure payments are handled smoothly and displayed correctly.

✅You can add an additional payment page by clicking on Add Additional Payment Page button. Each payment page can be shared independently while still connecting to the same service, and will have its own unique payment page link. 

Save your changes and share the unique payment page link with your audience.
