How to Delete 1:1 Sessions

Sometimes, a client may no longer wish to attend a scheduled session. Cohere gives creators the flexibility to delete 1:1 sessions easily, keeping your service schedule organized and up to date.

This guide walks you through the steps to delete a 1:1 session correctly.

🔧 How to Delete a 1:1 Session

Step 1: Log In and Locate Your Service

Sign in to your Cohere account and open the service that contains the session you want to delete.
Inside your service, locate the specific session you’d like to remove.

Step 2: Mark the Session as Completed

Before deleting, make sure the session is marked as Completed.
If it isn’t yet completed, please update its status first.

 

Step 3: Open Completed Sessions

Once completed, navigate to the Completed Sessions section within your course or service.

 

Step 4: Delete the Session

Find the session you want to delete and click the Delete button.
You’ll be asked to confirm your choice — enter a reason for the deletion and then select Yes, Delete for Me and My Client.

 

🎉 The session will be successfully deleted for both you and your client.
