How the Immediate Prompt Works

After you finish creating a lead magnet, Cohere automatically shows a prompt that lets you:

• Create a single welcome email, or

• Add the lead magnet to an existing, pre-tagged email sequence

Once selected, all new sign-ups for that lead magnet will receive your chosen email or sequence automatically.

How to Set Up a Welcome Email or Sequence

Step 1: Create a Lead Magnet

From your Business Dashboard, create or publish a new lead magnet.

Step 2: Choose Your Follow-Up Option

Immediately after saving, you’ll see a prompt asking if you want to:

• Create a welcome email, or

• Select a pre-tagged email sequence

Step 3: Customize Your Email or Sequence

• Write your welcome message, or

• Review and confirm the selected sequence

Step 4: Save and Activate

Save your selection to activate the automation.

✅ All future leads from this lead magnet will now receive the correct follow-up automatically.
