PDF Export of Forms/Quiz Responses

You can now download form and quiz responses as PDFs, in addition to CSV files. This update makes it easier to share, print, and archive responses in a clean, professional format.

This feature applies to all applications, forms, quizzes, and enrollment forms.

Why Use PDF Export?

• 💾 Keep professional client records

• 📂 Easily review responses without using spreadsheets

Where to Download PDFs

You can export responses as PDFs from two different locations in your dashboard:

Option 1: From the Forms Section

1. From your Business Dashboard, open Forms, then select All Forms.

2. Choose the category — Enrollments, Forms, or Quizzes.

3. Find the form you want, click the three dots (⋮) on the right, and select Export All Responses (PDF).

🪄 Tip: This is the best option if you want to export multiple responses at once.

Option 2: From a Client Profile

1. From your Business Dashboard, go to Contacts > All.

2. Click a contact’s name to open their profile.

3. Scroll to the Forms & Quizzes section.

4. Find the form or quiz you want, click the Export icon, and select Export All Responses (PDF).

🪄 Tip: Use this if you only need one client’s responses.
