Step 1: Basic Information

To offer personalized 1:1 sessions with clients, creators must first create a 1:1 Service in Cohere. This type of service is perfect for one-on-one coaching, allowing you to deliver focused, tailored experiences that meet your clients’ individual goals.

 

💡 Recommended: Create a 1:1 Service if you plan to meet with one client at a time — ideal for personalized coaching or mentoring.

🔧 How to Set Up a 1:1 Service

There are five main steps to creating and publishing your 1:1 service. Follow this guide to get set up and ready to meet with clients.

Step 1: Add Basic Information

1. Add a Service Title

Give your service a unique, descriptive name that clearly reflects what you offer. This title will appear on your website and client-facing pages.

 

 

2. Choose a Category

Select the most relevant category for your service from the dropdown list.
You can choose one or multiple categories that best represent your offering. The maximum number of categories you can add is 5 per service.

 

 

You can also create a Custom Tag if your preferred tag is not available by default. The steps are below: 

• Click on the Category Drop Down and scroll to the bottom. Click on Create Custom Category.

  

• A pop-up will appear, and you can add the Custom Category there and click Done.

                                           

💡 Tip: You can also add a Tagline (optional) to make your listing more engaging.

 

 

 

3. Select the Service Type

Under Service Type, choose 1:1 Session.
Once selected, it will appear highlighted in blue to confirm your choice.

 

 

3. Choose the Type of Client Experience

You can decide what kind of experience your clients will have:

• Complete Client Experience:
  Clients get full access to their Client Dashboard, where they can view recordings, use the Cohere mobile app, chat with you, and receive reminders and notifications.
  
  

• Simple Experience (No Client Account):
  Clients won’t have their own dashboard. After booking, they’ll receive a confirmation email and calendar invite, but won’t have access to content, recordings, or packages.
  ⚠️ Note: Session Packages and Subscriptions are unavailable with this option.

 

 

4. Select Your Preferred Language

In Step 1 of service creation, select English, German, or Spanish from the Default Landing Page Language dropdown to set the service’s preferred language.

 

5. Choose a Landing Page Design

Select a landing page design to showcase your service.
Click Browse to explore Cohere’s three available designs and pick the one that fits your brand style.

 

6. Attach a Banner Image/Video

Upload a banner image or a Video to make your landing page visually appealing.
Click Attach an Image/Video and select a high-quality photo or a video that best represents your service. 

 

7- Embed a Video Link

You can also embed a video link on the landing page by pasting the URL of the video below the section where you add the banner image on step 1 of creating a service

 

 

8. Use Custom Branding Colors

Personalize your service by enabling custom colors and adding your brand logo.
Click Use Custom Branding Colors and follow the on-screen prompts.

 

9. Save and Proceed

Once you’ve entered all your information, click Save and Next to continue setting up your 1:1 service.
