Congratulations — you’ve reached the final step in creating your service on Cohere! 🎉
In Step 4, you set up your pricing, and now it’s time to review your setup, add any final client-facing details, and make your service ready to publish. This step helps ensure everything is professional, secure, and personalized for your clients.

Terms of Service

In this step, you’ll see Cohere’s Terms of Service, which outline the policies and guidelines for using the platform.
Carefully review these terms, then check the box indicating that you agree to proceed.

💡 Tip: Reviewing the Terms ensures you and your clients are aligned with Cohere’s platform standards before going live.

Creating an Enrollment Form

If you’d like clients to complete an enrollment form before signing up, you can create one in this section.
Use this feature to collect important information, preferences, or goals from clients in advance — helping you personalize their experience from the start.

 

 

Creating a Custom Contract (Waiver)

You can also create a custom contract or waiver that clients agree to during checkout.
To do this:

• Select Use Custom Contract, then click Create Custom Contract.
  This is perfect for outlining your coaching terms, refund policies, or liability waivers.

Electronic Signatures

Add an extra layer of professionalism and security by requiring electronic signatures.
Simply check the box labeled Require electronic signature from your clients to ensure all important forms or contracts are signed digitally during checkout.

Thank You Page

Want to create a warm, personalized client experience?
Enable a Thank You Page that appears right after enrollment.
Check the box next to Enable Thank You Page, then click Create Thank You Page to design a custom message expressing your appreciation or sharing next steps.

💡 Tip: A thoughtful thank-you message reinforces your brand and sets a positive tone for your coaching relationship.

Review and Finalize

Once you’ve reviewed all your settings and personalized your forms, click Finalize to make your service live.
