How to Reset Your Password

If you ever forget your password or can’t log into your account, Cohere makes it simple to reset it and regain access. Whether you’re a coach or a client, you can update your password in just a few steps.

How to Reset Your Password

Step 1: Go to the Sign-In Page

Visit https://app.cohere.live/auth/signin.

                                   

Step 2: Click “I Forgot My Password”

On the sign-in page, click I forgot my password.
You’ll be taken to a page where you can enter your email address associated with your account.

                     

Step 3: Check Your Email

After submitting your email, you’ll see a message that says:

“Password restoration link successfully sent to the following email: your@email.com.”

Go to your inbox and open the email from Cohere.

                       

Step 4: Reset Your Password

Click the restoration link in the email. You’ll be directed to a secure page where you can create and confirm a new password.

                 

🎉 Your password has now been successfully reset! You can use your new password to log in to your account right away.
