In Step 4, you configured your pricing, and now it’s time to review your setup, finalize important details, and bring your offering to life.

This final stage ensures that your service is fully ready for clients to join — complete with agreements, enrollment forms, and post-signup messages.

Terms of Service

Before publishing your service, you’ll see the Cohere Terms of Service.
It’s important to review these terms carefully, as they outline the guidelines and policies for using the platform.

To proceed, check the box confirming that you agree to the Terms of Service.

 

Creating an Enrollment Form

If you’d like clients to complete an enrollment form before signing up, you can create one here.
This form is perfect for collecting client details, preferences, goals, or any information that will help you tailor their experience.

💡 Tip: Adding an enrollment form helps you better understand your clients’ needs before sessions begin.

 

 

Creating a Custom Contract (Waiver)

You can also create a custom contract or waiver for clients to agree to during checkout.
To set this up:

1. Select Use Custom Contract, then click Create Custom Contract.

2. Customize the document to include terms, liability waivers, or refund policies specific to your service.

💡 Tip: Contracts add professionalism and protect both you and your clients.

Electronic Signatures

Streamline your onboarding process by enabling electronic signatures.
Check the box labeled Require electronic signature from your clients to allow clients to securely sign contracts or waivers directly during checkout.

Thank You Page

Create a warm experience for clients right after enrollment by adding a Thank You Page.
Check the box next to Enable Thank You Page, then click Create Thank You Page to design your custom message.

You can include a brief note of appreciation, next steps, or helpful links to welcome clients into your program.

💡 Tip: A personalized thank-you message helps reinforce your brand and start the client relationship on a positive note.

Review and Publish

Once you’ve reviewed everything and customized your forms, contracts, and pages, click Finalize to make your Group Service or Workshop live.
