Customizing Branding, Email Notifications and Reminders for a Service

Personalizing your email notifications helps you stay connected with clients in a way that feels authentic and on-brand.

By customizing your email templates, adding your logo, and adjusting colors, you can make every message reflect your business personality — from session reminders to follow-ups.

🔧 How to Customize Email Notifications and Reminders

Step 1: Open Your Service Settings

From your Business Dashboard, click the name of the service you want to customize.
Then, navigate to the Emails and SMS tab inside that service.

Step 2: Customize Branding

On the Emails and SMS page, click Customize Branding.

Step 3 (Optional): Add Branding Colors and Logo

If you haven’t already added your custom branding in your profile, a pop-up window will appear.
Here, you can upload your logo and select your preferred colors.

Step 4: Save Your Branding

Once you’ve uploaded your logo and chosen your colors, click Save to continue.

Step 5: Enable Custom Branding

To apply your new look, check the box next to Enable custom colors and branding logo.

Step 6: Manage Branding and Email Toggles

You’ll see toggle switches for each email type:

• Send This Email: Turns the email notification on or off.

• Use My Branding: Applies your custom colors and logo to that specific email.

🎉 Your emails will now feature your chosen colors and logo, giving clients a consistent branded experience!

✏️ How to Edit Email Templates

Step 1: Select the Email Type

On the Emails and SMS page, you’ll see a list of email notification types.
Find the one you’d like to edit and click the Edit icon on the right.

Step 2: Edit the Template

In the editor, you can update the subject, content, and design of the email.
When you’re finished, click Save and Exit.

⚠️ Important: Do not modify any words inside { }. Cohere automatically replaces these with client-specific details.

Step 3: Send a Test Email

To make sure everything looks great, click Send Test to send a preview email to yourself.
