How to Create Payment Pages for Group Courses and Workshops
Updated 9/5/2026
Payment pages for Group Courses and Workshops allow you to manage how participants access and pay for your programs. All pricing options: free access, full payment, and split payments are configured within the Pricing step when creating or editing a group course or workshop.
❓ How Payment Pages Work
Payment pages act as the checkout experience for your group course or workshop. When participants select a payment option, they are guided through a secure payment flow and automatically granted access upon successful completion.
Each payment page defines:
What participants pay
How they pay (full or split)
When they gain access to the program
Clients may sign up through different payment pages, but they’ll all:
Access the same service.
Join the same sessions or modules
-
Appear in the same backend service management view
❓ Why Use Payment Pages
Multiple payment pages give you greater flexibility and control over pricing.
They are useful when you want to:
Offer different pricing tiers or promotions
Create separate pages for early-bird or special offers
Customize payment options for different client groups
This helps you tailor pricing without creating separate courses or workshops.
How to Create Payment Pages For Group Courses and Workshops?
From your Business Dashboard, click on the Create button and create a new 1:1 service or edit an existing 1:1 service and go to step 4 (Pricing)
Payment pages on Cohere let you define how clients book and pay for your services. You can use the following options from the payment page to set up the pricing for Group Courses and Workshops.

1- 🆓 Free Opt-in Page
The Free Opt-in Page provides participants with a free access link to the entire course or workshop, without requiring payment. The Free Opt-in Page is enabled by default and can be accessed by the clients who have the private free link shared by the coach.
This option is ideal for:
Free programs or workshops
Promotions and beta launches
Participants who sign up through a free opt-in page receive full access to the course or workshop content.

2- 💰 Paid Payment Pages
Paid pricing options are created by clicking Add Payment Page within the Pricing step. A payment page defines how participants pay and what pricing options are available.
Each payment page can include one or more payment structures.

💳 Full Payment
The Full Payment option allows you to charge a single, one-time price for access to the course or workshop.
With full payment, you can:
Set a total price for the program
Offer a pay-in-full discount to encourage upfront payment
This option is best for participants who prefer a simple, one-time checkout experience.
🔄 Split Payments
Split payments allow participants to pay for the course or workshop over multiple installments.
When configuring split payments, you can:
Add a custom payment plan name
Choose the number of payments
Set the split period (payment frequency)
Define the price per payment
You can add multiple split payment options to the same payment page, giving participants more flexibility by clicking on Add Another Split Option button.
➕ Multiple Payment Pages
You can create multiple payment pages for the same course or workshop, each with different pricing or payment structures.
This allows you to:
Offer different pricing for different audiences
Separate full payment and installment options
Run limited-time or promotional pricing
Each payment page follows the same setup process.

⚙️ Payment Settings
Payment settings control how payments are processed for your course or workshop.
From Payment Settings, you can:
Select your preferred currency 🌍
Choose a payment processor (Cohere Payments or Direct Stripe)
Decide whether the coach covers the payment processing fee
These settings apply across all payment pages.

❓ What Clients Experience
From the participant’s perspective, the booking and payment experience is simple and clear.
Participants will:
Choose a payment option
Complete checkout securely
Receive immediate access to the course or workshop content
This ensures a smooth onboarding experience with minimal friction.
⚠️ Note:
Support for memberships and communities with unlimited payment pages is coming in Q1.
