How to Delete or Archive a Service

Once you’ve finished providing a service — or no longer need it on your dashboard — you can choose to delete or archive it.
This helps you keep your workspace organized and ensures only your active offerings appear in your Coach Dashboard.

💡 Recommendation:

• Archive a service if it’s already live and you no longer plan to offer it.

• Delete a service if it’s still in draft mode and hasn’t been published or used with clients.

Two Ways to Delete or Archive a Service

Method 1: From the Edit Service Screen

You can delete or archive your 1:1 service in two ways — through the Edit Service screen or using the More Optionsmenu beside each service.

1. Open your Coach Dashboard, then go to All → Services.

2. Locate the service you want to remove.

3. Click the Edit (pencil) icon to open the service setup.

4. On the left navigation bar, select Delete or Archive Service, or use the More Options (⋯) button next to the service name.

5. Choose Archive or Delete depending on the service’s status.

                                                     

Method 2: From Your Main Service Dashboard

Archiving a Service

1. You can archive a service if there are no outstanding or unused sessions remaining.

   • If there are any incomplete or unused sessions, you’ll see a message preventing you from archiving until they’re resolved.

2. Once ready, click Archive Service.

3. A confirmation pop-up will appear — click Yes, I’m Sure. Archive My Service.

4. The service will move to the Archived section of your dashboard.

⚠️ Note: If your service still has incomplete sessions, the Archive button will appear greyed out. Be sure to complete all sessions first.

Deleting a Service

1. You can only delete a service when no clients are enrolled and the service is in draft mode.

   • If there are clients currently enrolled, you’ll receive a message indicating that deletion isn’t possible.

2. Once confirmed, click Delete Service.

3. A pop-up message will appear — click OK to confirm.

4. The service will be permanently deleted and no longer appear on your dashboard.

⚠️ Important:

• Live services cannot be deleted — they can only be archived.

• Draft services with no clients can be deleted anytime.

           

 

                                        

🎉 That’s it! You’ve successfully deleted or archived your service and your dashboard will now reflect only your active offerings.
