How to Duplicate a Service

The Duplicate Service feature is a time-saver for coaches who want to recreate the same service multiple times without starting from scratch.
When you duplicate a service, all service information (titles, descriptions, branding, etc.) is copied over — except for session and pricing details, which you can easily update for the new version.

💡 Recommendation: Use this feature when you want to recreate an existing service while keeping the same structure and content. Keep in mind that it won’t convert one service type into another (for example, duplicating a 1:1 service won’t make it a group course).

How to Duplicate a Service

Step 1: Open Your Services

From your Coach Dashboard, click All on the left-hand side.
From the dropdown menu, select Services.
You’ll be directed to a page displaying all the services you’ve created.

Step 2: Select the Service to Duplicate

Scroll through your list of services and locate the one you want to duplicate.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the service name.

Step 3: Duplicate the Service

Once you’re on the edit page for that service, scroll to the bottom left corner and click Duplicate Service.

Cohere will create a copy of the service with all its setup details (except sessions and pricing).

Step 4: Review and Update

After duplication, you’ll be prompted to confirm Steps 3 and 4 (Sessions and Pricing).
You can now update the pricing, adjust session settings, and make any other edits before publishing the new service.
